Lao Health researchers discuss non-communicable disease control

Representatives from development partners and line departments of the Ministry of Health met yesterday in Vientiane to discuss the control of non-communicable diseases (NCD).

The discussion was part of the three-day 12th National Health Research Forum (12th NHRF) which concluded yesterday and also covered achieving universal health coverage (UHC) and elimination of some communicable diseases (CD) by 2025.
