Chinese company explores agricultural opportunities in Phongsaly

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – A Chinese company, Yunnan Haicheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd., is investigating the possibility of agricultural investment in Phongsaly province after already operating ventures in Bokeo, Luang Namtha, and Oudomxay provinces.

Under the arrangements made with Phongsaly provincial authorities, the company will spend two months on feasibility studies before any projects proceed.
