ADB provides new loans for development in Laos

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has provided three new loans worth US$140 million to develop the agriculture and education sectors and for public finance management.

The agreements were signed on Wednesday by the Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr Bounchom Oubonpaseuth, and ADB’s Country Director for Laos, Mr Yasushi Negishi.
