Luang Prabang flood victims in need of basic supplies

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – After being driven out of their homes following flooding on Tuesday, hundreds of people in Nan district, Luang Prabang province, now need essentials like food, drinking water and clothing.

More than 2,000 people in 372 families have been affected, district Governor Mr Sivone Vongkhamchanh told Vientiane Times yesterday.
