Lao handicraft festival targets tourist market
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – More than 200 handicraft business units from all over the country are displaying a wide range of traditional and modern products at the Lao Handicraft Festival in Vientiane.
The nine-day festival, with the theme “Promote Lao Handicrafts through Tourism”, was officially opened on Tuesday, co-organised by the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Lao Handicraft Association.
