Energy and mining projects need careful study: Lao PM

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith has called for the energy and mining sector to make greater use of natural resources to maximise sustainable incomes from various projects nationwide.

Along with greater benefits from energy and mining projects, the premier also told officials in charge of the sectors at the first quarter meeting of 2019 that three different measures need to be considered before any project is approved.
