Billboard authorisation needs clarity
The allocation of responsibilities concerning the approval of billboards must be clarified under the law for more effective management of responsibilities by the Ministries of Information, Culture and Tourism, and Public Works and Transport, NA members have urged. The issue was a focus for National Assembly (NA) members when debating the newly drafted Law on Signs and Billboards at the ongoing NA session yesterday.
