Vientiane gets to grips with plastic pollution
VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union has joined forces with the environmental preservation group Green Vientiane to reduce the use of plastic and find solutions to the scourge of plastic waste.
Members of the Youth Union and Green Vientiane yesterday held a roundtable and consultation meeting on the plastic crisis, chaired by the Head of the Union’s Operations Department, Mr Sengdao Keokhaomany.
