Russian communists visit Laos

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – A delegation of the Communists of Russia (KR) led by Chairman of the Central Committee of the KR and Vice Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Ulyanovsk Oblast, Maxim Suraykin is visiting Laos on the invitation of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP).

The delegation yesterday paid a courtesy visit to LPRP Secretariat Standing Committee permanent member and Vice President of the Lao PDR, Mr Phankham Viphavanh, and met with LPRP Secretariat Standing Committee member and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Propaganda and Training Board, Prof. Dr Kikeo Khaykhamphithoun.
