NA urged to scrutinise government’s performance
The National Assembly (NA) not only plays the role of decision-maker on fundamental issues affecting the country but is also tasked to oversee the government’s performance. Some 17 national projects proposed by government sectors have been approved by the Assembly’s Standing Committee over the past six months, according to an NA report.
