renew funding for Mekong transboundary water cooperation

(KPL) The Mekong River Commission (MRC) and the government of Germany and the European Union on Nov 28 signed agreements worth EUR 8.92 million, approx. US$10 million, to enhance Mekong cross-border water cooperation, at the sidelines of the 25^th Meeting of the MRC Council.
